She is a creative individual and incorporates unique techniques from narrative therapy and art therapy to help foster meaningful insights and awarenesses for her clients.
Kristin works daily to invest in her relationship with God. This relationship is a top priority in her life. She would love to help any client explore their own faith journey in the context of the therapeutic relationship.
Kristin asks her clients to take an active role in their therapeutic journey, assigning "out-of-session" reading and homework to deepen the impact of their work together.
Kristin is married with four children ranging in ages from 5-18. She enjoys good coffee, long walks, exploring others' stories, and fostering meaningful relationships.
