Hope is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Illinois. She received her M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, graduating with high honors. She also received her B.A. in Sports and Wellness Management from Trinity International University.
Hope has a passion for helping clients break free from unhealthy patterns of thoughts and behaviors so that they can live the life of freedom that God has called them to live. She has experience working with adults and adolescents struggling with anxiety, depression, family and relational issues, and substance abuse and addiction. She also enjoys working with young adults transitioning into new stages of life as well as couples seeking to renew and strengthen their relationships. Hope collaborates with her clients as they take the next steps in their personal journeys, celebrating each small victory along the way. She desires for each client to learn to embrace his or her own identity as a dearly loved child of God.
Hope has extensive ministry and church leadership experience and currently enjoys leading a women's small group at her local church. She feels called to minister to women who struggle to balance the many responsibilities of home, work, and ministry, and she seeks to help them set healthy personal boundaries and find ways to connect with other women in similar situations and seasons of life.
In her spare time, Hope enjoys cooking and baking for family and friends as well as spending time with her husband and two daughters.
